The Al-Nejashi Reconstruction and Development Initiative (ARDI)  is dedicated to the restoration of the Al-Nejashi Masjid, an iconic world wonder of Islamic heritage that has suffered severe damage during the devastating Ethiopia-Tigray war. Our mission is to revive this sacred site, preserving its historical significance and enhancing it through a major reconstruction and development project thus ensuring its rightful place as a symbol of cultural and religious heritage. The project will include a large state of the art masjid, an Islamic University and research center along with hospitality services to accommodate domestic and international tourists.
